The garden path meanders to the large original oak door.

The property features two bedrooms on the ground floor, both doubles but one can also be made to be a spacious single plus a contemporary family bathroom with bath and shower over with warm tones fused with traditional slate.

To the first floor is the fabulous main living space, the real heart of the home. The spacious lounge area and woodburning stove are just right for those cosy nights in. The lounge area is the ideal space to relax after a busy day exploring all the Lake District has to offer with a large corner sofa to stretch out. The lounge area leads to the open plan dining space with modern kitchen featuring everything one could need for a light breakfast or gourmet meal. The dining space with ample seating for 6 guests is wonderful to entertain at and not forgetting the balcony with those breathtaking views where one can open the bifold doors and let nature pour in.
