Absolutely, our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival for direct bookings, you can cancel or amend your stay within this time frame via your online account or contacting us at 01539766444
We don't take any deposits and simply charge 100% of your booking value 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive an automatic receipt once payment is made, full booking terms and conditions can be found on our policies page
We have a selection of properties whereby you can bring your furry friend, please visit our property page where any property with a blue paw print icon is pet friendly.
We provide a completely contact free check in, arrival information will be sent directly to your email inbox two days prior to your arrival date.

Absolutely, we love everything about the area we live in and would be delighted to recommend activities, restaurants, walks and anything else about the area during your stay with us .
Most of our properties provide parking facilities, parking information is located in the property description and can also be found via the Car icon on each property page.
All our properties will have fresh bedding and towels on arrival as well as local handmade hand wash & body lotion.
Our Standard check in time is 4.00pm and check out is 10.00am. Earlier arrivals and later departures can be arranged subject to availability and we will always let you know as soon as your property is ready on your arrival day.
